AIO City App is a comprehensive E-service platform offering home care, cooking, health, ride services, and more, accessible via web and mobile. The solution connects users with verified and certified service providers across multiple verticals, delivering convenience, reliability, and efficiency. To meet modern on-demand service expectations, we designed an intuitive, navigable interface with real-time tracking, service filtering, and favorites bookmarking. Backed by detailed user research, discovery workshops, and competitive analysis, the app streamlines service requests while ensuring secure payments, multi-language support, and seamless provider management, creating a robust, community-based E-service ecosystem.

Process We Followed


After lining up salient details related to the project, our team outlined a course of action that would be followed to develop a comprehensive solution. The process comprised of identification of problems, considering the relevant factors of the solution, taking note of common challenges faced, technology stack to be used and coming up with the outcome in the end.

With rising competition in the E-commerce and E-services industry, the companies are becoming more efficient in providing excellent customer services however, sometimes it becomes challenging to cope up with user's demand.
